Partners & Sponsorships
Proud Partners:
The Keeling Family Foundation & VetTECH.US Is Proud To Announce their Partnership With Forte Academy Therapeutic Day School!
The Keeling Family Foundation was established in 1986 by Marvin T. Keeling to provide a permanent avenue for charitable giving. Through its thirty-eight years of fundraising efforts, the Foundation has assisted Military veterans and youth primarily in Chicago's Southland communities. The Keeling Family Foundation's non-for-profit organization, VetTech.US, has a division in which operates a unique program: T.E.C.H.
This program is a collaboration of many years of successful private and public sponsored projects. The TECH program utilizes a program model that provides for:
T-Training, E-Education, C-Counseling, and H-Housing.
The purpose of the program is to train and educate both Military veterans and youth (16-24 years of age) to prepare individuals by offering a baseline education while training them in skills that are necessary for the building and technical trade side of the world. The strategy is a well-rounded method because it provides education, job training and career placement. The program is designed to perpetually continue the necessary training and job placement for the growing labor force that is needed in technical & manufacturing jobs in Chicago's Southland area. Transforming tomorrow through educating today's youth and Military veterans is at the core of the TECH program. Establishing the program upon these important aspects, delivers an important promise to people that have truly earned and deserve a clear path to the American dream. VetTech.US has provided employment for 500 plus veterans utilizing tailored job seeking and placement programs designed specifically for the needs and abilities of trained and unskilled Veterans. "Serving Veterans, Serving Your Community" is the sentiment that is fully adhered to within our foundation.
